TrainWreck kratom is a blend of the 3 primary colors or life stages of the kratom plant, those 3 colors are Green, Red and White.
Red-comes from the early stages of the kratom leaf's life cycle.
White-this is the middle aged stage of the kratom leaf cycle.
Green-this would be the mature stage of the kratom leaf cycle.
There is no standard of what the mixture is. Each brand has its own unique twist on the strain. Some brands might do an even split like 33% of Green, Red and White. What does Trainwreck Kratom do?
